The Municipality of Sta. Rita, through 2024 LGU funds intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (Php190,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract for IMPROVEMENT OF MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT FACILITIES PWD, RAMP, SK HALL AND CR @ Municipal Hall Compound, Brgy. Santan, Sta. Rita, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.

The Municipality of Sta. Rita Samar, through its Bid and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites contractors and registered with and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) to apply and to bid for the proposed project:
