PROCUREMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Php 100,000.00
2. Price quotation should be inclusive of other indirect cost.
3. Price quotation shall be valid within seven (7) calendar days from the deadline of submission of RFQ.
4. Evaluation of the quoted price will be conducted on a “per item” basis.
5. Delivery period is within fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of Purchase Order.
6. If awarded the contract, processing and payment shall be made within fifteen (15) working days after
Complete delivery and final acceptance of the items.
7. Refusal to accept an award maybe ground for imposition of administrative sanctions under Rule XXIII of the Revised IRR of RA 9184
