Description : The Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Sapang Tagalog, Tarlac City through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites all prospective bidders to apply for eligibility and subsequently bid for the:

a. Name of Project: Improvement of Multipurpose Hall
b. Contract Location: Barangay Sapang Tagalog, Tarlac City
c. Approved Budget for the Contract: Php. 146,036.50
d. Bild Document Fee: Php. 500.00

Interest eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of BAC, Barangay Sapang Tagalog, Tarlac City, Email-Address: brgy.sapangtagalog.tarlaccity@gmail.com. The pre-bid conference will be held on October 13, 2025, at Barangay Hall, Barangay Sapang Tagalog, Tarlac City.

Sealed proposal in two (2) copies will be received by the BAC at Barangay Sapang Tagalog, Tarlac City at exactly Eight Thirty O`clock in the morning, October 20, 2025, at which time and place the said proposal will be opened and read in the presence of Bidders or Bidders` representative who choose to attend. Late submission will not be accepted.
