Description : INVITATION TO BID
1. The Provincial Government of Aklan, through Supplemental Budget No. 2 CY 2024 (Capital Outlay) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pes Only (Php 500,000.00) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Multi-Purpose Pavement/ Evacuation Center, Naisud, Ibajay, Province of Aklan (Re-bidding) with AKLAN BAC ITB No. 715 Series 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Aklan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
