Invitation to Bid for Improvement of Multi-Purpose Hall (Kitchen and Storage Room Completion)
ITB No. 25-06-001

1. The Barangay Marracuru, through the 20% Development Fund of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Pesos (P 329,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Multi-Purpose Hall (Kitchen and Storage Room Completion), ITB No. 25-06-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Marracuru now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
