SECTION I. INVITATION TO BID

Improvement of Multi-Purpose Gym at Barangay Bagong Pook Malvar Batangas

1. The Barangay Council through the Annual Budget CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty Nine Thousand and Sixty-Three Pesos (P 289,063.00) the ABC to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Multi-Purpose Gym at Barangay Bagong Pook Malvar Batangas with Solicitation Number BP-2025-1101. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Council now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
