1) The Barangay Cabulisan, Inopacan, Leyte, through the 2025 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Nineteen Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Three Pesos and 80/100 (Php 319,993.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building/Covered Court. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
