Description : The Barangay Local Government Unit of Obrero, Butuan City through the 20% Brgy. Development Fund of Annual Budget SY-2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Forty-Seven Pesos & 64/100 Only. (Php 362,547.64)., being the ABC to payment under the contract of Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building at Purok-1 as described below:

2. Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from [Bids and Awards Committee of Barangay 18-Obrero, Butuan City] and inspect the Bidding Documents at the Barangay office during [8:00 A.M - 5:00 P.M].
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 revised implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No.9184.
4. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 14.
5. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
