1. The Municipality of Tubungan, through MEO- CAPITAL OUTLAY- IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING AND FACILITIES intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thirty Three Thousand Ninety Five Pesos (₱733,095.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building (Installation of Air-Conditioning Units). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Tubungan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 days upon receipt. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
