  1)The Municipality of Madrid, Surigao del Sur, through 20% LOCAL DEVELOPMENT FUND (LDF) CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Eighty Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Nine & 75/100 (₱980,979.75) Pesos Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building (Covered Court Phase II), Brgy. San Juan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2)The Municipality of Madrid, Surigao del Sur now invites bids Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building (Covered Court Phase II), Brgy. San Juan. Completion of the Works is required by 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
