1. The Barangay Banale, through the Barangay funds for the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for “IMPROVEMENT OF THE MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING OF BARANGAY HALL AT BARANGAY BANALE Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

2. The Barangay Banale now invites Bids for “IMPROVEMENT OF THE MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING OF BARANGAY HALL AT BARANGAY BANALE” at Barangay Banale, Pagadian City. Completion of the works is required Forty-five (45) Calendar Days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have Completed within Five (5) Years from the date of Submission and receipt of Bids, a Contract similar to the Subproject. The Description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in section II.
