IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING (BARANGAY GYM) AT BARANGAY LABANGAL, GENERAL SANTOS CITY

The Local Government Unit of Barangay Labangal, General Santos City, through the Barangay Fund, intends to apply the sum Thirteen Million Eight Hundred Seventy-two Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Six Pesos and 53/100 only (P 13,872,336.53) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Multi-purpose Building (Barangay Gym) at Barangay Labangal, General Santos City.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Local Government Unit of Barangay Labangal, General Santos City now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the Improvement of Multi-purpose Building (Barangay Gym) at Barangay Labangal, General Santos City. Delivery of the INFRASTRUCTURE is required by 155 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). The description of an eligible Bidder is contained in Section II of the Bidding Documents, ITB.
