  1. The Barangay Bomba, through the Barangay Economic Development Fund (20% EDF 2026), funds for the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for “IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING AT BARANGAY BOMBA”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
  
  2. The Barangay Bomba now invites Bids for IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING at Barangay Bomba, Pagadian City. Completion of the works is required Seventy-five (75) Calendar Days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have Completed within Five (5) Years from the date of Submission and receipt of Bids, a Contract similar to the Subproject. The Description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in section II.
