1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY LOURDES, TIWI,
ALBAY, THROUGH 20% BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT FUNDS , intends to apply the sum of EIGHTY ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE PESOS 50/100(PHP 81,371.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING OF BARANGAY LOURDES , TIWI, ALBAY.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY LOURDES , TIWI,
ALBAY, now invites bidders for the IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING OF BARANGAY LOURDES , TIWI, ALBAY,
