1. The Barangay Guiwan 1, Municipality of Palompon, through the 20% EDF 2024,
CAPITAL OUTLAY 2022 & 2024, & SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET 2023 for the
Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building located at Barangay Guiwan 1, Palompon,
Leyte amounting to One Million Fifty Thousand Pesos (P1,050,000.00) intends to
apply the sum of the same amount One Million Fifty Thousand Pesos (P1,050,000.00)
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under Contract for
No. 2024-0701-002- Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building. Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Guiwan 1, Municipality of Palompon, Leyte now invites bids for the
Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building located Barangay Guwian 1, Palompon,
