INVITATION TO BID FOR
Improvement of Material Recovery Facility Phase 1

1. The Barangay Mantuyong, through the Continuing Development Fund Appropriations of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Thirty-nine Thousand, Eight Hundred Eighty-six Pesos and 23/100 (Php 839,886.23) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Improvement of Material Recovery Facility Phase 1 at Mantuyong, Mandaue City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Mntuyong now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by November 19,, 2025. Bidders should have completed, within 36 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
