1. The City Government of Surigao, intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Pesos (Php14,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Luneta Nan Surigao - Phase IV, Brgy. Washington, this city (ITB No. 2025-Infra-063). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Surigao now invites bids for Improvement of Luneta Nan Surigao - Phase IV, Brgy. Washington, this city (ITB No. 2025-Infra-063). Completion of the Works is required 180 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
