AT BARANGAY BULIHAN, MALVAR, BATANGAS

1. The Barangay Bulihan, Malvar, Batangas intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand Four Hundred Thirteen Pesos and 41/100 only (Php 623,413.41) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Line Canal at Barangay Bulihan, Malvar, Batangas.

2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
