Tender are invited for IMPROVEMENT OF LIBRARY - MADDELA CAMPUS

Description : The Quirino State University through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) 2025
intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Eight Hundred Thousand pesos (₱9,800,000) only,
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
“Improvement of Library - Maddela Campus”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall
be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The Quirino State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Completion of the Works is required Two hundred seventy (270) calendar days
inclusive of 30 days extension. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to
the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding
Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using nondiscretionary
“pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules
and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
3. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Quirino State University and
