Improvement of Libang-Napatnay Farm-to-Market Road, Barangay Libang, Cervantes, Ilocos Sur
1. The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 2024-03 intends to apply the sum of PhP8,027,560.09 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Libang-Napatnay Farm-to-Market Road, Barangay Libang, Cervantes, Ilocos Sur-PGIS-216-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 104 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
