1.The Local Government Unit of the Municipality of Palompon, through the Annual Budget under 5% LDRRM Fund for FY 2025 for the Improvement of LGU Emergency Operation Center located at Old RHU Building, Brgy. Ipil -3, Palompon, Leyte amounting to One Million Two Hundred Thousand (P 1,200,000.00) Pesos intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thousand (P 1,200,000.00) Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under Contract for No. 2025-3007-052- Improvement of LGU Emergency Operation Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
