IMPROVEMENT OF LEVEL III WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM IN BARANGAY MALINO

Invitation to Bid

1. The Municipality of Jiabong, through the 20% MDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE PESOS & 37/100 CENTS only P 999,999.37- being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 20% MDF 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Jiabong now invites bids for the. Completion of the Works is required within 73 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
