Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF LEGISLATIVE BUILDING, THIS MUNICIPALITY/INFR-2025-095.

1. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF SAN VICENTE, PALAWAN, through the GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION PESOS (₱1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF LEGISLATIVE BUILDING, THIS MUNICIPALITY/INFR-2025-095. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT TO ALL BIDDERS:

1. Discounts offered reflected on the Bid Form should have a corresponding bill of quantities and detailed estimates as ready reference during the detailed evaluation of the Bids and Awards Committee.

2. To avoid delays in the implementation of the project, all personnel and equipment indicated in the list to be submitted during the preliminary of bids shall be assigned/utilized exclusively for the contract to be awarded by the Procuring Entity
