Painting Works (Wall and Ceiling) 701sq.m.
Cleaning Works (Tiles, Glass and etc) 1 lot
Indirect Cost 1 lot

Special instructions:
a. Coverage of civil works: 5 stalls located at the 3F, New Sardonyx Building, Gov. Gutierrez Avenue, Cotabato City. Design for drywall and glass partition is provided in the attached perspective plan.
b. Provision for internet, telephone and cable TV wiring should also be considered.
c. It is recommended to visit the location and discuss the civil works requirements with MFBM before final quotation/costing is made.
d. Visit to the location and actual conduct of civil works shall be coordinated with MFBM BFO personnel.
e. Review and acceptance of the civil works in all stalls by MFBM BFO personnel and inspection team of MFBM is required before final payment is made.
