" The Local Government Unit of Calinog, through the PROVINCIAL AID Intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED SIXTY THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (Php. 963,900.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the IMPROVEMENT OF LAMPAYA WATER SYSTEM (Supply & Insallation of 5KW Hybrid Off/On-Grind Solar Power System) with Project Reference Number: PB-INFRA-2024-001 . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
