The Local Government of Canlaon City, through the Financial Assistance to LGU Canlaon for the Improvement of Kiraet intends to apply the sum One Million, Seven Hundred Forty-four & 66/100 (P1,744,167.66) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the IMPROVEMENT OF KIRAET PARK (Kanlaon Inland Resort and Eco-Tourism Park), Kiraet Park, Brgy. Malaiba, Canlaon City, Negros Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
