1. The Local Government Unit of Juban in the amount of Four Million Six Hundred Forty Six Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Two Pesos (PhP4,646,872.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the FURNISHING & DELIVERY OF LABOR, EQUIPMENTS AND MATERIALS for the IMPROVEMENT OF JUBAN PUBLIC MARKET at Brgys South Poblacion, Juban, Sorsogon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Juban now invites bids for the FURNISHING & DELIVERY OF LABOR, EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS for the IMPROVEMENT OF JUBAN PUBLIC MARKETat Brgys South Poblacion, Juban, Sorsogon.
