The Local Government Unit of Jimenez, Misamis Occidental, intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Pesos & Sixty Nine Centavo (Php 899,999.69) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Jimenez Cultural & Farmers Training Center, Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Jimenez, Misamis Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
