Invitation to Bid for the
Improvement of Hospital Facilities of Ilocos Sur District Hospital-Narvacan (Construction of Cistern Tanks), Narvacan, Ilocos Sur

1. The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 202r-01 intends to apply the sum of PhP3,412,421.57 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Hospital Facilities of Ilocos Sur District Hospital-Narvacan (Construction of Cistern Tanks), Narvacan, Ilocos Sur-PGIS-007-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 65 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
