Description : RFQ SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT- TWO FAILED BIDDINGS

1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Barangay Pogan, Concepcion Misamis Occidental through the 20% BDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php.75,425.17 being the ABC to payments of various materials for the project IMPROVEMENT OF HEALTH CENTER with Project Identification No. SP 2025-09-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The procurement of the project will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement(Two Failed Biddings), an Alternative Method of Procurement in accordance with Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184

Your Company is hereby invited to submit its sealed quotation/proposals not later than September 25 , 2025 & not later than 5:00 PM at the address, Barangay Pogan, Concepcion Misamis Occidental.
