The Barangay Local Government Unit of La Torre North through the 20% Barangay Development Fund of FY- 2024 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY SIX PESOS AND 35/100 ONLY (PHP268,536.35); FOR THE INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each project. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
