INVITATION TO BID FOR IMPROVEMENT OF GSO WAREHOUSE

1) The Municipality of Real, Quezon, through the Municipal General Fund CY 2022 in the Supplemental Budget 3, intends to apply the sum of PhP 1,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF GSO WAREHOUSE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Real, Quezon, now invites bids for IMPROVEMENT OF GSO WAREHOUSE. Completion of the Works is required within 150 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
