Description : Invitation to Bid for IMPROVEMENT OF GRANDSTAND HOTEL
1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUSAN DEL SUR, through the GNERAL FUND CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION PESOS (Php 4,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF GRANDSTAND HOTEL AT GOV. D.O. PLAZA GOVERNMENT CENTER, PATIN-AY, PROSPERIDAD, AGUSAN DEL SUR with Contract Ref No. 26-49 BLDG. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUSAN DEL SUR now invites bids for for IMPROVEMENT OF GRANDSTAND HOTEL AT GOV. D.O. PLAZA GOVERNMENT CENTER, PATIN-AY, PROSPERIDAD, AGUSAN DEL SUR with Contract Ref No. 26-49 BLDG. Completion of the Works is required 90 CD. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
