  Description : 1. The Municipality of Esperanza, through the proceeds of its loan from the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP), as approved through the Municipal Ordinance No. 302-2024 with a total loan amount of Eighty Million Pesos (Php80,000,000.00) intends to apply the sum of Thirty Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Three Pesos and 48/100 Centavos (Php39,999,463.48) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Golden Tara Heritage Park /Contract ID No. ESP-INFRA-11-2025 at Barangay Poblacion, Esperanza, Agusan del Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
