1. The LGU-GIPORLOS, EASTERN SAMAR, through the 20% EDF CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of SEVEN MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESO (Php7, 200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF GIPORLOS MULTI-PURPOSE HALL (CIVIC CENTER - PHASE 2) with Project Identification Number INFRA 2025-08-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-GIPORLOS, EASTERN SAMAR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
