Invitation to Bid for the Improvement of Food Processing Building, Mun. Ground, Poblacion

1. The MLGU Sibuco, through the 22.5% EDF- 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 1,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Food Processing Building, Mun. Ground, Poblacion /2025-SIB-08. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MLGU Sibuco now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
