1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY JOROAN, TIWI, ALBAY,
through the DOE-1-94,DLF, intends to apply the sum of FIFTY ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINTY FOUR PESOS ONLY (PHP 51,494.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF FENCE OF BARANGAY JOROAN, TIWI, ALBAY.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY JOROAN, TIWI, ALBAY,
now invites bidders for PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF FENCE OF BARANGAY JOROAN,
TIWI, ALBAY, provided, that the delivery requires five (5) calendar days.
