1. The Municipality of Pinili, Ilocos Norte through the RA 7171-LBM 89 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY PESOS & 78/100 (P 1,998,840.78) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PIN2025-023. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Pinili, Ilocos Norte now invites bids for Clearing and Grubbing, Concrete Joint Sealant (Hot-Poured Elastic Type) (Cracks and Joint Sealing), Chipping Works, Occupational Safety and Health, and Project Billboard required within 60 days CD after the receipt of Notice to Proceed.
