Description : Prospective bidders should posses a valid PCAB license applicable to the contract, have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the eligibility check/ screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids. the BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.
Bid Documents are available during office hours starting January 29, 2025 at the Barangay Hall of New Tanglag, Tabuk City, Kalinga and upon payment of non-refundable amount for bid documents as show above to the BLGU Treasurer, New Tanglag, Tabuk City, Kalinga.
all sealed bid proposals should be received by the BAC Chairman/ Secretariat on or before February 4, 2025, 10:00 AM at the Barangay Hall of New Tanglag, Tabuk City, Kalinga.
The Bids and Award Committee (BAC) reserved the right to reject any and/ or all quotation or thereof, or to waive formality therein and / or to accept the quotation as may be considered most advantageous to the Barangay Local Government Unit of New Tanglag, Tabuk City.
