  1. The City Government of Pasay, through the Supplemental Budget No. 8 CY2025 as per Ordinance No. 09-03, S2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Thirteen Pesos & 22/100 (Php 2,499,713.22) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Façade of Pasay City Hall and Hall of Justice located at FB Harrison St., Pasay City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The City Government of Pasay now invites bids for Improvement of Façade of Pasay City Hall and Hall of Justice located at FB Harrison St., Pasay City.
