Improvement of existing Traffic Signal Facilities including Electrical Works, Civil Works, Pavement Markings and Road Signages along the Primary and Secondary Route of ASEAN Summit 2026
1) The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, through the Sections 12 of the New Government Act (NGPA), or Republic Act No. 12009, allowing Early Procurement Activities (EPA) intends to apply the sum of Sixty-Five Million Four Hundred Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty and 55/100 Pesos (PHP65,407,980.55) being the National Expenditure program (NEP) submitted to Congress as the Indicative Annual Procurement Plan (IAPP) based on the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of existing Traffic Signal Facilities including Electrical Works, Civil Works, Pavement Markings and Road Signages along the Primary and Secondary Route of ASEAN Summit 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
