Project Identification Number-2025-11-2022

1. The City Government of Lipa, through Special Education Fund 2025 - SEF Supplemental Budget No. 2 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirteen Million Seven Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos only (P113,780,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF ELECTRICAL SYSTEM/ INSTALLATION OF SOLAR GRID TIE SYSTEM AT VARIOUS SCHOOLS IN LIPA CITY AND IN LIPA CITY SPORTS ACADEMY, with Project Identification Number-2025-11-2022.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Lipa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Two Hundred Forty (240) Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
