Invitation to Bid for
Improvement of Early Warning Device
of Barangay San Vicente, Bontoc, Southern Leyte

1. Barangay San Vicente, through the 20% Economic Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Sixty Nine Thousand, Nine Hundred Forty Nine Pesos (PhP 69,949.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Early Warning Device of Barangay San Vicente, Bontoc, Southern Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay San Vicente now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required thirty (30) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
