NO ACTIVITIES SHALL COMMENCE WITHOUT PRIOR STAKING BETWEEN THE CONTRACTOR AND THE PROJECT ENGINEER/DESIGNER OTHERWISE ERRORS ON THE LAYOUT WITHOUT THE CONDUCT OF THE AFOREMENTIONED STAKING IS/ARE SUBJECTED TO REMOVAL OFR REPAIR WITH THE CONTRACTOR'S EXPENSE.

OBSERVE SAFETY PRACTICE THROUGHOUT CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTAIN NEAT WORKPLACE.

ADJUSTMENTS MAY BE DONE AT JOBSITE TO SUIT ACTUAL FIELD CONDITION DURING CONSTRUCTION, PROVIDED THAT ALWAYS INFORM/CONSULT CEO AREA ENGINEER OR DIVISION CHIEF REGARDING CHANGES FOR APPROVAL.

PROVIDE SAFETY SIGNAGES/BARRICADES AND TARPAULIN CONTAINING PROJECT INFORMATION SHOULD BE DISPLAYED AT SITE ALWAYS DURING CONSTRUCTION.

CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS SHALL NOT BE STORED IN POURED FLOORS. IT IS GENERAL CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THE SUB-CONTRACTORS ARE INFORMED AND DO NOT VIOLATE THIS IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT.
