Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office - MIMAROPA (DA-RFO-MIMAROPA) through the FY2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of DPDC and LRC Building in Palawan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DA-RFO-MIMAROPA now invites bids for the for the above-titled procurement. Completion of the works is required in one hundred five (105) calendar days at DA-DPDC and DA-LRC in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
