1 The Local Government of Dolores, through the 20% Economic Development Fund (EDF) of 2025, intends to apply the sum of Five Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php5,500,000,.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Dolores Boulevard/ PB-CW-25-024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically be rejected at bid opening.
