1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Papaya, through the 20% DF, CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Eight Pesos & Twenty Two Centavos only (P664,478.22) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Dinumlot Road At Sitio Upper Pahduan located at Papaya, Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya Invitation Number: 02-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Papaya, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Thirty-Five (35) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
