1. The Municipality of Bindoy, Negros Oriental, through the GAD Fund CY 2025 of the municipality 3 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (PhP 1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Crisis Center (Women and Childeren) in Brgy. Poblacion, Bindoy Negros Oriental, by Straight Contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Bindoy, Negros Oriental now invites bids for the Improvement of Crisis Center (Women and Children) in Brgy. Poblacion, Bindoy Negros Oriental. .4 Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
