Description : Invitation to Bid for Improvement/ Construction of Barangay Toyokon Multi- Purpose Building.
1. The Municipality of Aloguinsan, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty One Pesos and Fifty Nine Centavos ( Php 2,995,821.59 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement/ Construction of Barangay Toyokon Multi-Purpose Building with Solicitation No. 2025-AP-07-041. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Aloguinsan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rul... - Documents :
