1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Ten Pesos and 50/100 Only (Php 2,367,610.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Concepcion District Hospital (Rehabilitation of Sewerage Treatment Plant) at Concepcion District Hospital, Brgy. Alfonso, Concepcion, Tarlac / B-CW-2025-045. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
